Maurice is your local real estate professional that can assist you whether you are a first-time home buyer or an investor looking to build a multi-family portfolio. While working on his B.S in finance at West Chester University he became interested in real estate and purchased a mentorship program through Carlton Sheets, one of the real estate gurus at the time. While being mentored, his passion for the profession grew and he purchased his first rental investment property. Soon after graduating from college, he decided to attend real estate school and went on to become a licensed real estate agent.

For the past few years, Maurice has worked as a property manager and rental agent in addition to sales agent so he has a broad spectrum of experience. This experience has given him the knowledge needed to work with various real estate clients. Maurice’s goal is to make your home buying and selling experience painless and enjoyable. As a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors; Maurice stands behind ethics and his fiduciary duties to his clients.
